R. Paul Loveless

President & CEO
Mr. Loveless joined CL&F in January 1996 as General Manager, was appointed Vice President in 1999, Senior Vice President – Exploration & Development in 2009, Chief Operating Officer in 2013 and President & CEO in January 2014. Mr. Loveless began his career in 1981 with the Western Company of North America in east Texas and subsequently held various petroleum engineering and management positions with Crescent Exploration, Century Offshore Management, Taylor Energy Company and Oil & Gas Property Evaluation & Management, Inc. Mr. Loveless is a registered Professional Petroleum Engineer, a certified Energy Risk Professional, and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1981, a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering in 1987, and an MBA in 2010 and a Master of Finance in 2011, all from Tulane University.
Mark K. Stover
Senior Vice President
Mr. Stover joined CL&F in June 2013, as Senior Vice President. Prior to CL&F, Mr. Stover served as Executive Vice President-Exploration and Development for PetroQuest Energy, where he held various executive positions throughout his 10 plus years of service. Mr. Stover’s 30 years of experience included Newfield Exploration, Chevron and Tenneco Oil Company, where he began his career in 1986. Mr. Stover earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Waynesburg University (PA) in 1984 and a Master of Science degree in Geophysics from Wright State University (OH) in 1986. He is a graduate of Harvard’s Business School-Executive Education AMP 179, Class of 2010. Mr. Stover is a Registered Texas Professional Geoscientist and an active member of the AAPG and SEG.
Mark H. Parrott
Vice President - Geosciences
Mr. Parrott joined CL&F in June 2014, as Exploration Manager of Business Development. Prior to CL&F, Mr. Parrott was the Exploration Manager for PetroQuest Energy. Mr. Parrott’s additional industry experience include technical positions working a variety of unconventional and conventional basins with Cockrell Oil, Southwestern Energy, Hess, Chevron, and Tenneco Oil. Mr. Parrott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree in Geophysics from Purdue University. Mr. Parrott is a Registered Texas Professional Geophysicist and an active member of SEG.
Tammy K. Willis
Offshore Land Manager
Ms. Willis joined CL&F in 2002 as a Landman focused primarily in the offshore Gulf of Mexico. Prior to CL&F, she served as an offshore Landman at Seneca Resources Corporation after having held various land positions at El Paso Corporation, Sonat Exploration Company, and Zilkha Energy Company.
Charles F. Seibert IV
CPA
Treasurer & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Seibert joined CL&F in December 2008. Prior to joining CL&F, Mr. Seibert was employed as a Tax Manager with Ernst & Young LLP from 2005-2008 and as a Senior Tax Associate with KPMG LLP from 2000-2004. He graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and earned his CPA in 2001.
Courtney C. Denny
Controller
Mrs. Denny joined CL&F in June 2017. Prior to joining CL&F, Mrs. Denny was employed with Ernst & Young LLP from 2014-2017. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and again in 2014 with a Master’s in Professional Accountancy (MPA).
Robert G. Linscombe
(Greg)
Fee Land Manager
Mr. Linscombe joined CL&F in 2005. He was previously with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, where he served for 33 years, managing state wildlife refuges and designated wildlife management areas across the Louisiana coast, integrating both mineral operations and wetlands protection mandates. Mr. Linscombe has worked with most state and federal agencies throughout his career as well as many university researchers in Louisiana involved with marsh ecology and management. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry and Game Management and Masters of Science Degree in Wildlife Management from Louisiana State University. He is a Certified Wildlife Biologist and has published over 40 scientific papers.
